University of Cincinnati Old Chem Expansion Joint

BCR is proud to support the renovation of the historic Old Chemistry Building at the University of Cincinnati. Built in 1917, this iconic structure has long been a cornerstone of UC’s academic legacy.

The almost $70 million dollar project includes renovation/updating of the original structure and adding a new, state-of-the-art lab and classroom wing to meet the evolving needs of the modern campus.

We are proud to be part of preserving this piece of Cincinnati history while preparing the building to serve students for the next century—upholding the University of Cincinnati’s standard of academic excellence and commitment to the future of education.
