Regency Condominiums

BCR is currently performing structural repairs on The Regency building in Cincinnati, Ohio. The twenty-story building is a high-rise condominium tower built in 1967. The project includes an extensive maintenance package with concrete repairs to over 100 balconies, replacement of sealants at windows, control joints, and panels, and new coatings at several locations throughout the façade. The key to success in these types of projects is extensive coordination with all the project stakeholders. BCR is proud to work closely with the owners and property manager to extend the lifespan of this structure!
