Kenwood Parking Deck

BCR completed restoration work on the Kenwood Parking Deck, a part of a busy retail shopping deck in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a high-traffic structure serving both shoppers and employees, the deck required timely and durable repairs to maintain safety and usability. This project consisted of replacement of expansion joints, sealant removal and replacement, concrete repairs throughout the structure. With some of the most skilled craftsmen, BCR executed the work efficiently while minimizing disruption to the active retail environment. We are thankful to have been provided with the opportunity to extend the service life of this vital parking structure.
