Our team at BCR is performing a large-scale balcony restoration at a multi-family apartment complex in Columbus, Ohio. The project addresses extensive water damage across many balconies, restoring both safety and structural integrity. For this project, our comprehensive restoration work includes demolition of deteriorated framing, installation of new steel framing systems, concrete slap replacement, application of waterproof coating, and new installation to prevent future water intrusion.
