Broadway Pump Station

BCR is proudly partnering with Dayton Water on a building envelope restoration project at the historic Broadway Pump Station in Dayton, Ohio. Dayton Water plays a vital role in delivering clean, reliable water to many residents across Southwest Ohio. Our team performed a comprehensive restoration across multiple structures at the pump station including brick and stone masonry repairs, chimney and parapet wall rebuilds, and a complete roof replacement. This project enhances the integrity of the structures, and provides weather protection for critical infrastructure, all while honoring the historic character of the site.
