University of Tennessee Admin Garage

BCR recently completed repairs to the Admin Garage at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, addressing years of water infiltration over offices and classrooms below. The scope included removal of the existing asphalt overlay, concrete repairs, installation of a new hot-applied waterproofing system and drains, placement of a new overlay slab, and a traffic coating.
