Richmond High School Tower

Richmond High School Tower

BCR completed a full restoration of the clocktower at Richmond High School in Richmond, Indiana. The building, constructed just before World War II, is an example of the Colonial Revival style. The scope of work included masonry repairs and cleaning of the entire clocktower structure. The BCR team used a crane to lower thousands of pounds of stone from the clocktower to the ground to allow repairs to be performed more efficiently.  By adopting this approach, our team maintained the high standards of quality required by this nationally registered landmark, met the project budget, and adhered to the demanding project schedule. BCR is proud to have contributed to preserving such a beautiful piece of American heritage.
