PNC Tower Garage

Location: Lexington, Kentucky

BCR was the repair contractor for the PNC Tower Garage in Lexington, Kentucky. The work included concrete repairs throughout, structural repairs to deteriorated hollow core plank, installation of supplemental steel beams, and repair/replacement of two separate stair towers. The final phase of the project was the removal and reinstallation of the traffic membrane on the top deck. The project was a success that will prolong the life of this parking structure.
