One Riverwalk

Buckeye Construction & Restoration performed a complex exploratory and stabilization project for a private client in Knoxville, beginning with the selective removal of large portions of the existing structure to better understand concealed conditions. With the site tightly constrained between the building and the river, a crane was required to safely remove material and expose the existing structure. Temporary shoring is being installed to maintain stability throughout the investigation and support the design of the final repair. This early-phase work is critical to developing a durable, long-term solution and reflects BCR’s ability to plan, adapt, and execute safely in challenging environments.
