Mack & Canfield Hall

Mack & Canfield Hall

BCR performed a complete façade restoration project on the historic Mack and Canfield Halls at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Mack Hall, constructed in 1923, was originally built as an all-women’s dorm named after John Mack, a prominent businessman and member of the OSU board of trustees. Canfield Hall, constructed in 1940, was built as an addition to the original Mack Hall and named after James Canfield, a former president of OSU. Both buildings continue to serve as housing for the university. The scope of the project included a complete façade restoration, including repairs to the stone and masonry components of the façade and new sealants. BCR is proud to help maintain the history and facilities of The Ohio State University.
