Kentucky State Capital Annex

BCR completed a comprehensive exterior restoration of the State Capital Annex Building in Frankfort, Kentucky. As a prominent and historic government facility, the Annex required careful planning and craftsmanship to preserve its structural integrity and historic character. Our extensive restoration project included replacement of structural steel lintels, brick replacement and full tuckpointing, removal and replacement of all window sealants, large-area paint stripping to facilitate masonry repairs, full cleaning and repointing of stonework, plaza surface repairs, and installation of new flashing, gutters, and downspouts. BCR has a strong commitment to historic preservation and high quality craftmanship. We are greatly honored to play a role in maintaining this important facility for the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
