Kentucky State Capital Annex

Location: Frankfort, Kentucky

BCR completed a great project in Frankfort, Kentucky, at the State Capitol Annex Building. Our scope
included a complete restoration of the exterior of this historic building, involving the replacement of almost
100 lintels, brick replacements, tuckpointing, replacing all window sealants, and paint stripping in large
areas of the building for repairs. We are also conducting cleaning and repointing for 100% of the stone.
Furthermore, repairs to the plaza and the installation of new flashing, gutters, and downspouts have been
performed. It is indeed an honor to be part of the team preserving such a historic and important facility!
