Cummins Station

Cummins Station

Originally built in 1900 as a railway warehouse, Cummins Station has been pivotal in Nashville’s economic growth, strategically located near the railroad and downtown. Despite facing obsolescence like many industrial structures, in 2020, the owner announced plans to transform it into a pedestrian-friendly mixed-use space, now home to Gibson Guitars’ corporate headquarters. Buckeye Construction & Restoration led the façade restoration, which included repointing, brick replacement, stone repair, concrete repair, and repair/rebuilding of several deteriorated areas. Today, Cummins Station seamlessly blends its historic industrial charm with modern amenities, showcasing exposed brick walls and large windows alongside contemporary offices, retail, and dining.
