Cumberland County Courthouse

Cumberland County Courthouse

BCR is performing structural repairs and restoration of the Cumberland County Courthouse in Crossville, Tennessee. Constructed in 1905, the historic courthouse is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places. The building has remained vacant since three of the heavy timber roof trusses supporting the iconic clock tower were found to be severely deteriorated and at risk of collapse. BCR will add to the emergency shoring supporting the trusses, conduct extensive repairs to the trusses/wood roof framing, repair the interior load bearing masonry, and execute a full exterior restoration, including roof replacements and masonry repairs. BCR is proud to be preserving this piece of American history!
