Anderson Reservoir

Location: Dayton, Ohio

BCR was the concrete repair contractor for the repair of the Anderson Reservoir in Dayton, Ohio. Located 40 feet underground, the yearlong project included extensive repairs and upgrades to the concrete structure to ensure clean water continued to flow for the citizens of Dayton. The project included extensive concrete repairs, epoxy crack injections, and installation of high-performance overlays/ coatings/joint systems. Access was the biggest challenge with all equipment, tools, and lifts having to be lowered through a 12×12 maintenance hatch in the roof of the reservoir via crane. BCR is proud to help Dayton Water extend the lifespan of this critical infrastructure for many years to come.
